The 2023 Morning Swim Team Camp registration form is now available (with online purchase) by clicking here. * Swim Team rate is 25% off with the purchase of any season pass.ĪLL children must be 6 years or older to participate. $250 for 4 Sessions/Week (available for experienced swimmers only)* If you are unable to confirm your child’s participation in the meet your child will not be entered.ĮagleVail provides a swim cap, kickboard and flippers. Child must bring their own goggles. Please make sure to let the head coach know if you are unable to attend the meet the week before each meet. Relays are encouraged and will be assigned the Monday before. Children 6-9 years old swim 25 yards/meters in each event and children 10+ years old swim 50 yards/meters in each event. Swim meets are optional, and entries will be assigned the Monday before the meet at the coach’s discretion. The child must be able to swim 50 meters/yards freestyle without stopping and must have a basic knowledge of all four strokes. The kids in this category are eligible to participate in swim meets.
Swim Team More Experienced Swimmers - Must be 6 years or older to participate. The kids in this category are eligible to participate in swim meets, if the coach deems the child ready. The child must be able to tread water for 1 min and swim 25 meters/yards freestyle unaided. Swim Team Less Experienced Swimmers - Must be 6 years or older to participate. As a part of the community our swim team is dedicated to being a fun and safe environment for kids to learn, grow, and feel empowered with a skill they can keep forever.Ĭore Values: Safety, Connections, Fitness, Fun, and Learning. Swimming is a complex skill that takes focus and dedication. Kids will learn fundamentals and refinement of all 4 strokes, racing technique, racing strategy, and good sportsmanship. The diving dolphins swim team camp is a recreational league that focuses on swim technique and fitness. The dates for the swim meets are tentatively scheduled for Avon Rec Center June 23, 2023, EagleVail Swimming Pool July 28, 2023 and Eagle Swimming Pool will not host a swim meet this year. The swim team camp for 2023 will start June 5 and end July 27. Note: In order to receive the group rate, you must email the Pool Manager Joey Roberts at in advance otherwise, each member of your party will be charged the standard daily entry fee. *Residents include EagleVail homeowners, renters, and business owners and must present a valid Resident Card at time of purchase.
